3. Buying Products Through Our Website
To order a product via our website, you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page. Details of product prices, information about the products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on or through our website. The price of any product is the price in force at the time of your order. The price of any product includes VAT (excluding wholesale) but excludes any delivery charge. We reserve the right to change or edit any product information at any time to take into account any increase in our supplier’s prices, taxes or duties. We also reserve the right to make changes in the event of an error or omission.
By purchasing through our website, you undertake that all details you provide to us to purchase goods offered by us on our website are correct. You also agree that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use to purchase goods is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of any goods.
We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details from your card issuer before providing any goods.
Discount codes and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional event.
On occasion, we will make promotional codes available. Only one code may be used per transaction.
4. Donegal Natural Soap Products
You must pay for the products by credit, debit card or PayPal at the time of the order. At the time of order, you will be notified of the current price. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you through the email address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow our Returns Policy.
If you purchase a product(s) and then subsequently stop the payment through your card issuer, we reserve the right to challenge this stopped payment with your bank. If the stopped payment is deemed unjust (goods were shipped and received), then the stopped payment plus any extra fees and charges applied to The Donegal Natural Soap Company, by either our bank or your bank, will be repaid by you the buyer.
5. Reselling Of Products
All products available on Our Website are for personal use only. Only approved stockists and resellers may sell or resell any of the products.
We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms.

Notice will be deemed recieved when an e-mail is recieved in full (or else on the next business day if it is recieved on a weekend or public holiday in the place of a receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.
