Refund Policy

While we work to perfect each and every one of our products, sometimes our customers choose to return or refund items for a variety of reasons. Below, you can find out more about our Returns & Refund Policy.


1. Products may be returned by the purchaser within fourteen (14) days of the date received by the buyer, for a full or partial refund of the price paid. The receipt date will be obtained from the postal tracking number.
2. Returned product must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition and packaging as when received. It must also be re-sellable.
3. Anything with a tamper evident safety seal must be unbroken.

5. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping returns, unless otherwise agreed with The Donegal Natural Soap Company.
6. The Donegal Natural Soap Company agrees to comply with all health, safety and regulatory laws that apply to it under the terms of this agreement when returning products.
7. If returning products from outside Ireland, the purchaser is responsible for clearance of returned goods through customs and for any duties, fees, costs and charges that may arise in conjunction with same.
8. The Donegal Natural Soap Company may off-set from any refund payable, any amounts required to be paid for it to take possession of the returned products.
9. Refunds for returned product is made promptly, but can take up to 5 working days to process.

Damaged Items

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse to accept if from the delivery agent. If this is not possible then inform The Donegal Natural Company within 24 hours by phone or email. We commit to resolving any issues with delivery without delay.

Defective Goods

If you receive goods that you deem to be defective, please contact us immediately. Your rights are protected by the current consumer rights act. We commit to resolving all defective product issues promptly and will refund the amount paid through the original payment method or exchange it for another item.
